2. For the NHS track and trace service, we need to keep a record of names & contact numbers (for 21 days) for all site visitors. We will contact you before your visit to provide this information.

3. When arriving at the site please stay in your vehicle and phone us on 01271 813 837. Please park on the left where the New Arrivals sign is and we will invite you to walk to Reception depending on how many people are checking in at the same time. arrivals can only be accepted between 12:30pm and 5:30pm. Arrivals after 5:30pm you will need to park in the car park overnight, and check-in the next morning.

4. For help reversing your caravan onto your pitch, please phone us, and we will site your caravan using our vehicle. Please DO NOT ask or accept help from neighbours as this could cause problems with social distancing and spreading the virus.
