At Hidden Valley you'll meet...
Jackie and Glyn who are likely to be your first contact. They both work in the reception, and are available to help with your enquiries and bookings. Jackie also covers the new Eco Store and she will help you to book an appointment in the new Therapy Suite.
Matt is our Grounds Manager. Devon born and bred, he works all year round to keep the natural assets of Hidden Valley always looking beautiful as well as dealing with the many general maintenance jobs on site.
Kingfisher Meadow Wardens, Alf and Annette, have been at Hidden Valley for over a year. They will show you to your pitch on arrival if you are staying on our grass pitches, and they keep the facilities clean and tidy as well as ensuring the safety of all on Kingfisher Meadow.
Ann and Peter work as site wardens covering the all-weather pitches on Top Park. They, too, are focused on your overall care, assisting you and keeping the site superbly maintained throughout your stay.
Inside, talented chef Terry Coates heads the Coffee Shop cooking breakfasts, lunches and more as well as making tasty home-cooked ready meals and pies for sale in the Farm shop. Terry is assisted by Wendy in the Coffee Shop.
David, Wendy's husband works to keep the gardens under control, working closely with Allan who is our general maintenance assistant, helping out and about around the park where and when required.
An integral member of our summertime team is Kevin, who joins us each year, doing his utmost to guarantee all customers have a great holiday. He'll be back in July!
