Our reception is your first port of call for both telephone enquiries and when you arrive for your holiday. A warm welcome awaits you.
For your convenience our reception is also where you will find plenty of tourist information leaflets, maps and a wealth of local knowledge from the Hidden Valley Team who are always on hand to help you to plan your holiday.
In the shop you will find many locally sourced goods, food products and the work of local artists. You can order newspapers and fresh baguettes and stock up on basic convenience foods; fresh, frozen and dry, chocolate, sweets and ice-creams.
Our meat counter is stocked with delicious products from our local butcher perfect for the BBQ. Practical goods include a selection of camping equipment, disposable BBQ's, postcards, stamps, children's toys. You can also book day trips such as Lundy Island through us.
Our cream teas are a speciality and can be enjoyed in our coffee shop or outside overlooking the lake. You can also enjoy a variety of pastries, full English breakfasts, lunches, snacks and delicious cakes. We serve a selection of beverages.
We have a lounge area comfortably laid out with sofas overlooking the lake and adjoining the coffee shop with plenty of books for all ages to enjoy.
The lake is the perfect place to sit and relax or start a leisurely stroll around the grounds.
